Struggling as a medical student, ANDERS asks his professor DR. PATTERSON for advice. Patterson tells Anders to get out into the world and do some practical research, a suggestion that will lead Anders to a frightening discovery, tying together his studies, his part time job as a movie projectionist, and the increasing number of cadavers.
