In the summer heat FIVE YOUNG MEN play a pickup game of basketball. A SIXTH enters, pointing out that the group is being watched. A man observes the YOUNG MEN. He is the SCOUT. And by watching he changes everything. Some PLAYERS try to impress; some try to win; some try to help others; some pretend to help others. The game becomes something else for each of them.
